How you buy it
Three ways to run anything in the catalog.
The software is the same in all three — the real, unforked open-source project. What changes is how much of the work is ours. You can move between them later; nothing here is a one-way door, because none of it is proprietary.
One
Deploy it yourself
One click puts the project on your VPS or dedicated tier. It's the unmodified upstream release — same repository, same license, same community — so nothing about it ties you to us. We look after the server: patching, backups, uptime. The application is yours to run, and you keep root.

Have us customize it
Start from the same project, then have our team extend it around how you actually work — custom fields, workflows, the integration that would otherwise mean a sixth subscription. It stays built on the open-source project underneath, so there's no rewrite and no black box. Scoped in a conversation first, then quoted; the quote itself is free.
Three
Have us run it
We operate the application, not just the machine under it: version upgrades, backups you can actually restore from, monitoring, and someone to call when it breaks. You get the tool without acquiring the job of maintaining it — and because it's still standard software on your own tier, you can take it back in-house whenever you want.
Portability: all three tracks run standard open-source software in standard formats, so you're never dependent on Olympia to keep your own data usable. Export it and host it elsewhere at any point. See our portability position.

The reason teams stay on a per-seat tool they've outgrown is almost never price. It's that migrating means exporting years of data, matching it to a new schema, rebuilding integrations, and being the person everyone blames the week it goes wrong. That's the part we do.
A data migration means we handle the export, the import, the verification pass, and the cutover — then run the result on your own tier. We charge for the migration work and the server. We don't take a percentage of what you stop spending, so whatever that difference turns out to be, it's entirely yours to keep.
