Flat-rate VPS hosting plus a migration service. Five tiers from $4.99/mo to $89.99/mo, every one with 20TB of outbound (egress) transfer included per month (inbound isn't counted; egress above 20TB is $1 per TB), billed monthly in advance. Around that, three free services: a migration assessment, a SaaS cost-reduction audit, and custom-build scoping. We move you off usage-billed platforms; you keep the savings.
Yes. No card, no charge, no obligation. You get a savings number in writing whether or not you buy a tier. It's how we earn the server business. The assessment itself is free; the server, the migration work and any customization are quoted separately, and you see each price before you agree to it.
You tell us your stack. We quote your savings in writing, free and with no card. If the numbers work, you order the tier that fits, and we schedule a migration window and do the move ourselves — app, data, DNS. We put the timeline in writing before you commit to it; if yours is more complex than usual, we tell you that up front, not after you've paid. See more on the data migrations page.
Your server is built, configured and handed over within 24 hours of your order — we send you your login details when it's ready. A person sets up every order by hand, which is exactly why we can commit to that window. If you're also migrating off something, we contact you in the same window to schedule the migration itself. Billing is monthly in advance: checkout charges your first month, and the next month bills on the same date until you cancel.
Card payment through Stripe, at the flat monthly price shown for your tier — $4.99/mo for Ionia up to $89.99/mo for Atlas. Billed monthly in advance: you pay for the coming month, then get service for that month. We never see or store your card details; Stripe handles them. See security for how that works.
Every server has a 1 Gbit/s port. The 20TB allowance is outbound (egress) traffic only — inbound is unmetered, so traffic coming in to your server isn't counted at all and isn't capped. Above 20TB of egress in a month, overage is billed at $1 per TB. That's the whole usage component: no per-request charge, no per-function charge, no bandwidth tier that quietly multiplies. If you're regularly going over, we'll contact you about moving up a tier or adding an instance rather than letting the overage line grow.
Yes, at any time. Canceling stops the next billing cycle; we don't prorate a month that's already been billed and served. And if we fail to provision your server or deliver your migration window in the timeframe we quoted you, that first cycle is fully refundable — that's on us, not you. Full terms are in our refund policy.
You shouldn't have to take it on faith, so we structured it so you don't: the assessment is free and gives you a written number you can check against your own bills, your first cycle is refundable if we don't deliver what we quoted, and you keep root access to your server — nothing locks you in. We handle every order by hand precisely because we'd rather do a small number of migrations well than promise scale we don't have yet. We also won't pretend to more than we have: there's no invented uptime figure or benchmark on this site, and the status page says plainly what we do and don't measure.
