There is no calendar to pick from. You tell us roughly when suits you, in your own words and your own timezone, and a real person emails you back within 48 hours with a time. Nothing is sent automatically, so there is nothing to wait for in your inbox.

Book a discovery call with our onboarding team and get 100 TB of free bandwidth included with your server of choice.

It is a one-off 100 TB of outbound transfer — a single pool, granted once, not a monthly uplift — and it expires 12 months after the call. Whatever is left then is forfeited.

On top of your monthly allowance, not instead of it. Every server still includes 20 TB of egress a month. This pool is drawn down only by traffic above that 20 TB in a given month — stay under it and you never touch the pool.
Outbound only. Inbound transfer is unmetered and uncapped for everybody, so it is not part of this.
One server, chosen by you on the call. The allowance is tied to that server: no cash value, not transferable, and it does not survive canceling the server it was attached to.

What happens after you send this

1. Your answers land with us. Nothing is charged and no account is created.
2. A person reads them and emails you back within 48 hours, proposing a time inside the window you gave.
3. You confirm the time by replying. Only then is anything booked.
4. On the call you pick the server the 100 TB is attached to, and we write down the grant and its expiry date.

There is no automatic confirmation email at any point, so nothing to wait for in your inbox. If you would rather just write to us, support@olympia.so reaches the same people.
